I have just received an email from you requesting that me license is due for renewal. No amount is mentioned and as far I understood when I took the licence ou last september 15th this was for 12 months can you please tell me the amount of money that the annual license costs and why are you asking me to renew it now?.

The best place to start with determining what's happening here is the AVG My Account Portal at https://myaccount.avg.com/gb-en/my-account-login (https://myaccount.avg.com/gb-en/my-account-login" target="_blank) if you login with your e-mail address and password you will be able to see all of your licenses with the renewal dates and also your previous invoices/receipts.
If i could ask you to check your last renewal invoice/receipt and tell me the date of the invoice and also what it says about the product, then i can help you from there.
