Renewal of my subscription

We're sorry you've decided to move on.
You've been recently charged for the auto-renewal of AVG Internet Security Multi-device subscription. We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
We initiated a refund for your recent charges and sent you an e-mail confirming the same.
If you need any help, do let us know.

I have no wish to renew my subscription.
I am not at all happy with your auto renew system without prior notice and a simple opt out process. I don't want to have to jump through hoops to cancel.
Please cancel my subscription for me with immediate effect and refund the fee which you have charged.
