Renewal of security and tune up until 22 November 2022

Upon checking your account details, you had duplicate subscriptions which were merged as single subscriptions for AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp.
It could be possible that expiry date of duplicate subscriptions is updated on the AVG apps.
We'd request you to reactivate using same activation code to activate the new subscription.

I received emails today saying that my internet security and tune up have expired. I renewed both for two years on the 27th October this year at a cost of £139.98 and I have your emails which confirm it. This is not very good customer service!! Please assure me that I am protected.
