Renewal of subs

I received the following email allegedly from AVG. However my sub doesn't renew until Nov 18 (I've just checked this with AVG and my last invoice) so is this a scam? Having said that when I look at the 'My Subscription" on my laptop it says expiry is 12.3.18 but is still running. Or are they having tech problems?

Thanks for quick response. Good to know it isn't spam. I've just realised the date is in American format and doesn't expire 12th March 2018 !!!
