Renewal of subscription

Good afternoon,  I received an email yesterday 15th October 2024 saying you have renewed my subscription without my knowledge and taken the money.  I still have until 19th November to renew as I did last year on the 2nd November which still gave ample time and also the amount you have taken I am also querying.
