Thank you for providing the screenshot. We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to remove previously installed AVG program traces from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security Unlimited.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST, NORTON, MCAFEE or KASPERSKY try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled them from your system, try to follow the steps which mentioned below.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reinstall-AVG
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the on screen instructions.

My account has expired. i uninstalled it and wanted to do a new purchase. after paying for the subscription twice (cos the first one failed to work) this is the message i have on my account page

"Unfortunately, your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription won't renew until January 9, 2019. To keep from losing your full coverage, you'll need to manually renew your subscriptions using a new card, PayPal, or bank transfer."

I have not yet been able to download and install.

  1. Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
    4) Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
    Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.
