Renewal of subscription

Here is the complete screen. I could not download the link you gave me so I patched up my own. Hitting any button with the left or right mouse button brings up the same. This screen is from my Win 7 tower. Last night I down loaded Internet Security 1824.exe. It loaded but returned the wrong expiry date (2020) then reverted to the free version.  My laptop Win 10 is sorted.

My second computer (Acer Win 7) is still exhibiting the page above and has not activated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AVG Internet Security 1824 but it has made no difference.

It the AVG Internet Security Unlimited. It seems your system is not recognising my renewals. On the 31 Jan 2018 I renewed Internet security for one year (2 computers) but on the 17 Feb 2018 I was told to renew subscription as my version has expired. I did this after I forgot I renewed about 2 weeks earlier as I was overseas working on another project.
*Yesterday I got the message that my AVG internet security has expired and all I was left with was the free version even though I had paid on teh 31st jan 18. There was no option on the screen to move beyond that stage nor was I able to access  any setting options for the free version. Just the messages saying “Your AVG Internet Security trial has expired. Please reconnect to the internet to be able to renew your AVG internet security.” I was on the internet throughout but it makes no difference.
On advice I received earlier today, I stripped off the free version and managed to load Internet Security 1824.exe and got it to run but I could not activate it. I got “Sorry, we’ve run into a problem. Please try again later.”
It glitched and told me I was on a trial version until the 20th March 2018, then it glitched again and has now reset to the free version and I am back to * above.
I’ve done this on two computers now and this is quite intolerable and a complete waste of time.
The issue is that your system is sending out incorrect information to my computers. Ie that my subscription has expired when it hasn’t.
I paid £47.99 to you on the 31st Jan and yesterday in error I have paid you another £52.99. Why did your system do this? Please can you sort things out at your end so it correctly activates my computers. I had an on line discussion today but as I am metered I decided to delay downloads until midnight when the bandwidth is free I have no other option available.

I haven't got to tune up yet.

I understand this must be a disruption. May I know if it is AVG Internet Security - Unlimited or AVG TuneUp - Unlimited that you are experiencing issues with activation? I would also like to inform you that you have an active license for AVG Internet Security (2 computers) which you do not require as you are already covered with AVG Internet Security - Unlimited. Please let me know if you would like to get a refund for this license and we will process it.

I've paid the money but all I have is the free version, the original one has been stripped off my computer. The free version doesn't see that I have renewed and even though I tried to download again, all I get is the free version. As for downloading the whole lot again, that isn't an option as I am on a very expensive metered connection and there is no free wifi alternative here in this country.

We have started the refund process for AVG Internet Security (2 computers) subscription, your account will be credited in 7 business days. Tim, it seems that AVG Internet Security installed on your computer got activated.

Even if you have the unlimited version, it will say only as AVG Internet Security on the interface.

Software version on both computer is 18.1.3044

Please open AVG Antivirus free -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> check if you have your email address. If so, choose log out and log back in.  Let us know if you still have free version.

I don't get that option, whether I left click or right click, this is what I get everytime. AVG will not renew. This is all I can get.

I would prefer a refund for one of these subscriptions and both if we can't get this sorted quickly.
