  1. July 2019 I ordered i year subscription VPN multi device for 29.88. I thought it was for one year only. I now find I have been billed  £79.88 . I did not request a further extension and was not notified beforehand.  How do I get a refund?

I have been billed £74.99 for ten devices but I only have one.  I usually only pay £19.99. Some strange Irish company called Digital River Ireland from county Clare has scammed me and they wont talk to me about a refund. They have referred me to AVG support.?Any suggestions?
