Renewal of subscription

I received  an email giving me the option of renewing or canceling. I replied that I wanted to cancel my subscription. But I got billed for renewal in the amount of $89.99 anyway. I tried to log into the application and it says I'm expired. So please reverse the charge ASAP. I don't like the product anymore and I don't trust the support because you don't have any way to contact you directly for matters like this.  If you don't contact me soon I will take necessary action, you can count on it!!!

The notification e-mail we sent was an automated one and replying to that e-mail will always be undelivered as it was a no-reply e-mail address.

We initiated a refund in the amount 89.99 USD and sent you an e-mail confirming the same. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, please do check it in spam/junk folders as well.
