AVG refund request - Case #03890792 LAST YEAR AVG OFFERED ME A NEGOTIATED REFUND FOR THE PC TUNE UP THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. I NO LONGER NEEDED THE PC TUNE UP BECAUSE I HAVE ULTIMATE. INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME THE $39.99 LAST YEAR, YOUR ASSOCIATE EXTENDED MY ULTIMATE LICENSE THROUGH DECEMBER 2017.  PLEASE CONFIRM AND REMOVE THE AVG PC TUNEUP SINGLE LICENSE FROM YOUR RECORDS AND RESET THE RENEWAL ON ULTIMATE TO DECEMBER 2017. 

I REALLY LIKE AVG ULTIMATE!
