Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> About -> check its version.
Hi,
I have renewed my subscription via email sent to me reminding expiry date about 10 days ago.
I can login to AVG website fine and it shows Next billing date: October 16, 2019 for
AVG Internet Security - Unlimited
Meanwhile the application does not seem to recognise this as it says expired.I already tried logging out and logging in in AVG installed on my computer but it doesn't seem to pick up the latest renewal even after several retries
Can you please investigate this?

Thank you, it works by re-installing but it is a lot of work just to get the renewal working correctly (I don't remember having to do this on my previous renewal).
If that can be improved, it will be much appreciated.
