OK, AVG. This my last attempt to resolve this issue before I contemplate legal action against your company for fraud.
I paid for a subscription renewal, order # 130047****, thru Digital River, on 30 December 2017. I subsequently received an email confirming receipt of my payment (2 year renewal for AVG Internet Security Unlimited).
I kept checking to see if my software or my AVG account showed the renewal. As of this morning, 6 January 2018, that has still not happened. I have contacted your support staff and sales staff by phone and by chat at least 6 times with no resolution. I have been repeatedly assured it would be fixed - it has not.
Taking my money and not providing me what I paid for is FRAUD and THEFT.
I'm asking you to resolve this issue today or provide me with the firm name and address or phone number of your company's legal counsel so I can pursue legal action on this matter.
