For the past 4 weeks I have been getting notices to renew my subscription, so I tried logging in to make the payment - which was always unsuccessful.  Eventually I saw something that said it cant be renewed until after it had expired (very strange!), so I waited until I got a notice saying it had expired.  still unsuccessful.
I have deleted my credit card and re-entered the details, refreshed all my account settings and tried numerous times.  Has this happened to anyone else? How did you resolve it?
