I have a subscription for 10 devices and I keep getting a renewal prompt offer for 1 device? Why is that? I might be tempted to renew early, but the offer does not match my current subscription?

Whilst looking to see how I can contact AVG to enquire about this, I couldn't find an easy way to contact. Just NoReply email addresses and no evidence of a customer support email address? No helpful!
