I just renewed PC Tuneup & can't activate it. When I go to my current version & click on HELP, it just says AVG PC Tuneup…, AVG Website, AVG Support website, NO reactivate or Register to click on to. I tried download the new copy & get the message that it's incompatible with what I already have.

The concept of existing PC TuneUp program is quite different as it can be activated only using AVG my account credentials and not with license number.
We have a product called AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices which uses AVG my account credentials for activation.
The product that you have purchased, uses the product key/license for activation.
Hence, uninstall existing PC TuneUp as mentioned (here) and to install your subscribed version, follow the steps as mentioned (here).
