Twice in two days I was charged with a renewal after cancelling early in March of this year 4 months early. Yesterday 70.00 was deducted from paypal. Called and had to be hassled about it for an hour and finally refunded. Told the lady DO not renew any licenses in fact remove my paypal option. Yes done I thought. This morning they charge me 100.00 for the same thing. Again I had to spend time arguing with a lady. Had to threaten to go to my states Attorneys Generals office, and I have submitted a complaint about illegaly charging my account twice. My dashboard even says, NO RENEWALS. Based on all the same complaints here, class action suit sounds appropriate.
