I have uninstalled AVG and purchased a competitive product . Frankly , if you cannot get your subscriptions working properly - I can't have faith in your product anymore.
Please cancel MyAVGAccount and delete my subscription

When I renewed and paid my subscription , I expected a smooth customer experience where I could easily find my renewal on my Account and effortlessly run the installation.
The experience was frustrating and unsucessful even after communicating with yourselves.
So please delete my entire AVG account - I have installed a different product

I renewed my suscriptios by Global pay. $45 #44018552616192 but ikeep getting notices of need to pay for reinstatements, beside if look at my account,none of my items expire until next spring. If i do not get this fixed I am considering total cancellation. this not the firts problems!! with AVG. sd1.alvey@gmail.com (mailto:sd1.alvey@gmail.com).
Subscription was renewed and paid on 13 December 2016 but MyAccount shows "No Subscriptions" - therefore unable to download and install.
