We will certainly have a look into it. Have you performed reactivation steps (log out and log back in ) on AVG interface?
Go to AVG Internet Security -> About -> check its version.
I have been with AVG for several years. I just received a "threat" on my computer that stated all of my information on my computer is at risk and if I did not act now it would all be stolen; the threat was coming from them. I shut my computer down. Rebooted and tried to run a scan. When I opened my AVG it stated my internet protection was not updated. When I went to my AVG account there was other information. Now that I have paid to update it I cant get it to update on my computer… Frustrated with this… I signed out and back into my account but that did not work. What needs to be done to have this work for me?
