Thank you for the advice. However I still can't even get by the first step. No place to click on AVG Zen. The only thing that comes up when I click on the AVG icon is a screen with AVG ZEN in the upper left corner. Then there are four boxes, First the ANTI-VIRUS PROTECTED. Secnd box CLEANER-PARTIAL TUNED. Third box is PRIVACY PROTECTED. Forth box is ANTI-THEFT-PARTIAL PROTECTION. Click on every spot nothing happens. Want to do a scan and can't get in. PLEASE ADVISE. Thank you very much for your help.
Renewed my AVG effective 12/15/16 got a license number tried to activate not sure if it went throug'

If you have already installed the product, please follow these steps to activate it:
Open AVG Zen (click Start - Programs - AVG Zen - AVG).
Click Connect in the top part of the window.
Click Connect to an existing Zen Network.
Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

Paid my renewal, got a license number, hit activate and not sure if it went through. Now can't get into AVG to make sure. HELP
