Renewed my subscription. Still says I need to renew for full protection

I recently renewed my avg protection at the 39.00 level. Every time I open up the window to avg it still says renew for full protection. I when I go to my subscription it says that my internet security is active on this computer. There was also a security code that I entered and it really didn't update anything. I've also tried closing the window and re-opened it seeing if it just needed to refresh, that also did nothing. I'm just confused one screen tells me I need to renew and the other seems to say you're okay and covered.
