OK, I've done the Gen Err suggestions and downloaded and run "repair" won't load error.
Did the uninstaller steps, control panel and download, won't load errors.
During this I have shut down and restarted several times. How long is this s**t going to take.
Nothing works. What's going on?
Do I need to try to install in the safe mode? The time I'm spending tryling to use your software I'm starting to think you should be paying me instead of me shelling out $55.

The same thing happend last year, I called customer service and got no help so I'm assuming that AVG internet protection hasn't changed in at leasst two years and all I'm doing is renewing the use of an old product. No new features or advances in internet security by AVG in that time? The experation date updated to next year and the new key is shown but the product is still AVG internet security 2013, and the program copright started in 1992 and expired in 2012. Anybody know what the story is?
