I've recently renewed my supscription and it doesn't work properly. In my account it states on the first line that is has ended, unerneath it does show that I have a subscription till 2018.
I have to restart the computer every ten minutes or so.
Since I am in Holland I don't want to phone UK or further.
What are my options?
