I renewed my subscription via order number 15899893938 on November 16th but all of my devices are showing that the subscription has expired. My bank acount has been charged and I received an order confirmation email.
Hello, Gary.
We'd be glad to help you with activating the new subscription. Your previous AVG AntiVirus license has expired on 16th Nov 2018. Please note that it was not a renewal but a new AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) that you bought.
AVG Internet Security - Unlimited does not require a license number as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password. The expired license seems to be still synchronized with the AVG app on your PC. We must remove the license number and login to the app using your email address and password.
If you can access the AVG user interface, click My AVG > My Subscription, click 'Remove license number' and confirm it. Then, you must see an option to 'Login'. Click on it, enter your email address and password. If you can not access the user interface due to expiry notice, we'd request to uninstall the expired app and install new AVG Internet Security - Unlimited.
Refer to instructions in this link for installation instructions.
My name is Dana, not Gary, and I renewed my subscription to AVG Tuneup at $4.99 / month simply because debit card had expired. I HAVE BEEN BILL TWICE. $4.99 and $4.99. Will this cover current November charge AND December charge??? Or do you owe me a refund.
Hello Dana,
Yes, these orders got merged into one and your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited
is extended till 2019.1.17.
