I have just had money taken from my PayPal account for more than three times last year’s rate without knowingly giving my permission. I have been a loyal customer with AVG for many years and was always contacted before my subscription was due. This year, without any contact, the money was taken from my PayPal account. The contact helpline for UK given on their website does not work and there is no useable tool to contact a helpline to cancel my subscription and get my money returned.
I feel helpless as I contacted the people who debited my card and they told me it was not their concern and to contact AVG in Japan which appears to be impossible.
HELP!
