If you need to confirm it on your windows computer, check whether any desktop icon is in the name "AVG Internet security".
If yes, double click on it and see whether it shows the program interface.
If yes, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions" from it. Check whether it shows the AVG Internet Security under "Active Subscriptions" and the expiry date as 25th June 2021.
From this, you can confirm that you have the paid product installed and activated.
If you need to confirm on an Android device, check for "AVG Antivirus PRO" app. Tap on it and see whether you are able to access the features.
If you see the name as PRO and if it doesn't ask you to "Upgrade" then you can confirm that the paid subscription is already activated.
