My AVG account shows that I have paid my yearly subscription and that it expires July 2020. Now I have had an email form AVG telling me that my subscription has been renewed complete with a totally different Licence Number to the one shown on my account. What am I supposed to do? Should I chamge the number ? reactivate the account or just ignore everything?

We'll certainly clarify this charge. You bought a new AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) on 1st July 2019, which is valid though 1st July 2020. Apart from this, you've been charged GBP 49.99 because you agreed to automatic extensions of your subscription when you originally purchased AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) license. You were using this license since 2010. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email.This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.
Since both products are identical, we can either process refund for the recent renewal or merge them to extend the validity of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited.
