Hello Sylvia,

For AVG unlimited devices product renewal, it will recognize the subscription automatically if the programs are already installed and logged in using AVG my account credentials.
If you have AVG PC TuneUp installed on your PC, open its interface and if there are no expiry notices then it is activated.
Similarly, open AVG Internet Security interface, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions" and check whether the expiry date shows the renewed subscription.

I have renewed my AVG internet security and AVG tune-up.  Will it automatically start or is there something I need to download - I tried to download the tune-up but it wouldn't allow me to do it.  I am assuming that it is done automatically, but I want to make sure of that.  Please reply.  Thanks.  Sylvia Nowell
