I've just realised that I have a running subscription for AVG subscription which expires in November 2020 but I have recently been debited £74 for another subscription which starts on February 11th - can I request a refund? This seems to be for exactly the same cover, I only need one.
I would also like to know what exactly is covered and how do I know when it is activated on my devices.
