In order to correct this issue, please contact your payment operator support and they will be able to return the amount of the above order to your bank account. You also have another option to request your payment operator support to remove or reverse the dispute/chargeback. Once this dispute/chargeback has been removed, please reply to this email with the screenshot from your payment operator stating that all disputes around the charge for the above order have been dropped or proof of cancellation of dispute. This will allow us to manually correct our records and then we could continue to initiate the activation.

I, too, have had my debit card charged for$69.99 by DRI. I did not renew my subscription, either. I logged on to AVG and requested a refund but have received no acknowledgement of that. I have opened a PayPal dispute but have heard nothing from that, either.
