automatic renewal of service cancelled, as i want a different package to the one you seem to be forcing me to have, i know its because i want to downgrade (half of the stuff that comes with the current offer is really of no use to me) yet simply switching to a lower grade package is an issue, any chance of a simple guide of how to do it please
