Renewed "unlimited" subscription but doesn't work on wife's computer

Hi. Our unlimited AVG renewed last week. It's for the whole family, but my wife's computer seems unprotected. I logged in on her machine and yet AVG doesn't open properly and gives a caution ! on the icon in the taskbar. What should I do? I restarted after logging in on her computer. Nothing seems to work.
