I purchased a renewal subscription to Internet Security in October. I went to install it this evening - the software appeared to download OK but I have no idea whether it is installing or not. If I click on the download file in the task bar, I get a message saying installation is in process but there is no apparent activity on the computer. In my attempts to get something to work, I hit the renew button in my AVG console, which appears to have turned into AVG Free without telling me, which then caused me to repurchase the software. So I've now paid twice for something that apparently will not install. I'm going to bed now but hopefully there will be some assistance waiting for me in the morning. This is the second time in the past week I've been screwed over by AVG so if this is not resolved pronto I am going elsewhere.
