I recently renewed my licence for Protection but I keep receiving emails asking me to activate this by going to AVG Protection, selecting Support, then Re-activate, then insert licence # and then selecting Activate but there is no Re-activate option under Support; what am I supposed to do?
The program appears to active be anyway and the licence # on screen is the same as the one quoted in the emails.
