I recently bought a military appreciation 2015 AVG product from my local MCX, in hopes to renew my 2014 AVG product that i bought last year. I went to support and clicked reactivate, and i input my new license number. After i placed my new license number i get a message saying "license has already expired for this PC". My only question is how can a license already expire, when i just bought this product from the store right out of the box? If someone can help and explain to me if i am missing a step or not?
