You might have received instruction for old/previous AVG Internet Security activation. To activate AVG Internet Security, please open it > menu > about > subscription > enter license number. Note: If you see your email address, then click logout at first. After that you will be able to see Enter license number option.

I have received my renewal license number for Internet Security and the instructions for renewal say : Open the AVG program and from the Options menu select reactivate.
When I open AVG no Options menu is available. How do I reactivate my account with my new license number before my old license expires.
