Renewing cancellation

Hi, I want to cancel my renewing. Surprisingly, under the same order number I have double subscriptions and thus double payment. In my subscription only the numbers from reqLineItemID are different.
I sent a cancellation request once, using my order number.
Is it sufficient to cancel both subscriprions?
The numbers from reqLineItemID are
reqLineItemID obtained from subscriptionLineItem: 1816786902
reqLineItemID obtained from subscriptionLineItem: 1816941502
