I have received a renewal reminder for 12 months subscription and first page shows NZ$39.99 multiple systems but when go to renew it asks for NZ$109.99. 

please explain as will not renew on that basis.
last time I renewed I renewed for 2 years but got 3.5 years for a very good offer.
