It then you will receive an email with information about activation
Check your email (note that your email may be spam folder)

Then it needs to activate the product with a new license

I have paid to renew my license.  My previous card had expired.  I have now renewed the card and also paid.  I checked and it came off my bank.
However, I did not have time to install that morning as I had to go to work so I clicked download later.  I am now trying to log into my account and install but it is only letting me save a file. 
I also keep getting emails telling me that my protection is about to expire.  Can someone help?
