I get mail were You say that may AVG licence hasn´t been renewed
It was renewed for 2 years on the 31 jan 2017. Invoice number 3502808511.
has there been any fault in registration?

Your AVG antivirus license is under auto renewal progress now and soon you will be charged for the renewal.
