I tried to renew my protection for 2017-18 which I paid for. I still am not protected even though I tried to reactivate the protection. Can anyone help please?

Thank you for providing me the information.
Do you get any option to Logout just before Manage Subscription in the Subscription Window?
If yes, please click on Logout and check if you're getting the option to Enter the License Number.
