Renewing subscrioption of AVG Tune Up

On the 24th of May 2017 I renewed my subscription for AVG Tune Up and paid the bill with VISA. After that I get repeatly get the follwing message that I didn't pay the bill:

Rekeninghouder :Digital World Payment AB
BANK: J.P. Morgan Chase Bank NA.
Plaats: Amsterdam

Bestelnummer: 9928288572
Besteldatun: 24 mei 2017

I checked this with VISA and they told me that it has been paid. The autorisatiecode of the payment is: 927719

I hope that you can handle with your bank and that this is sufficient to find it in their administration.
