Renewing Subscription

Hello,

I recently purchased a 2 year subscription to renew my current protection for AVG Internet Security. However while I have been invoiced, the subscription does not appear in my subscriptions tab. Clicking on the renew subscription in the dashboard only leads me to the store page. 

I have tried to contact support chat but the screen only shows loading and no-one will speak to me about this issue. How can I manually add the license without disrupting my protection? Can I get it added to my subscription tab on my profile?

I am no longer facing an issue. What i was told, if anyone else needs the information, was to log out and downgrade to AVG Antivirus Free then enter the license and log back in. 

However my subscription still hasn't come up on my account. The tech support said that it would take a while but I still can't see it.

Attached is my AVG MyAccount products page. I have redacted my full email address for privacy concerns, however that should be plenty of information for this problem.

I understand that you are unable to see active subscription of AVG Internet Security in your AVG MyAccount. If it is, please send us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of your "My Products" page from your AVG MyAccount. We will check the same and escalate this to the concerned team.
