I have just renewed the subsciption with you that finishies on 26th November as somehow you could not automatically renew it this was possibly because my husband Paul whoose name it was in died on 18th December last year I have renewed it and paid by pay-pal b ut as I am a complete novice at computers donot understand your wording on what to do now .PLEASE HELP ME SLOWLY AND IN ENGLISH
