Renewing subscription

I HAVE A WINDOWS LAPTOP & I HAVE RENEWED MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION & AM GETTING 2 CONFLICTING MESSAGES - ONE SAYS 'MY PROTECTION IS OUT OF DATE' & WHEN I CLICK ON RENEW IT ASKS ME FOR THE NEW A/C NUMBER WHICH I CAN NOT FIND ON MY INVOICE OR PURCHASE INFO - I GET ANOTHER MESSAGE ON THE SCREEN ADVISING ME THAT MY AVG IS UP TO DATE FOR ANIOTHER YEAR & WHEN I RUN A SCAN ALL THE BOXES ARE TICKED BUT I GET A WARNING THAT 'YOU ARE NOT FULLY PROTECTED'
CONFUSING!!!
