I had to change credit cards a while ago, and AVG still has my old c/card number so my subscription won't renew.  I've received two emails saying my subscription is close to expiring but the payment can't be processed, and including a link to "Renew Now".  When I click on the link, I get a server error from the Digital River site.  I've tried to get this resolved through the Chat feature on AVG, but after spending over an hour on it, the person was unable to help me (basically because they wanted me to pay through Chat, which I'd never do).  I was told that a fault ticket had been raised and "the team" would be in touch with me.  I haven't heard anything, and now the deadline of 10th June (when my subscription will expire) is fast approaching.

Is anyone able to help me?  I just want to renew my subscription. I don't want to change browsers, or do anything other than renew my subscription.  I've looked all over MyAVG but there's nowhere to update my c/card details. 

It's not very often that I have so many issues paying a bill!  Look forward to hearing from someone.

Did you experience any difficulties to avail the discount offered via email? If you would like, you can contact our sales team (https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en) to request a refund of the recent purchase and buy it again with proposed discount.

No, there's no link in my email inbox - I've checked Junk and Spam folders.  I already have an Account with AVG, so when I click the link it goes straight to the Subscriptions page, here's what it looks like:

Sorry for the confusion. 
You are on the correct page, the subscription page should have an option to renew this product. 
Unfortunately, you don't have this option. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. 
Your AVG Internet Security 1 computer will get expired on 2019.6.10. Another possible option is, you can place a new order on or after 2019.6.10 using your new card details.

I'm not sure you understand my problem. I need to update my credit card details to ensure payment for my subscription goes through. 
I'm on the Subscriptions page on AVG MyAccount and, as per the info I copied above, there doesn't seem to be a feature to renew my subscription. Maybe I'm just not seeing it, so perhaps you could tell me where to find the Renew feature?
I also can't see where I can find My Products page so I'm unable to send you a screenshot from that page. In fact it seems I can't paste any screenshots into this text box. 
Please - I just want to update my credit card details so I can buy another subscription.  Is there really no way that can be done through AVG MyAccount?

My issue has now been resolved, thanks to an email from AVG Customer Care team.  The email promised a 20% discount, which would have been nice given all the delay and effort, but unfortunately this wasn't applied.  However, I've now managed to renew my subscription for another year.
