Renewing without possibility to stop the renewal

You renewed my license without authorization. Planting legal language into a software license that one cannot activate until we accept your terms is quite deceptive. I do not agree to be charged automatically for anything because circumstances change. 
Furthermore, MyAccount is not working for me to cancel the automatic renewal because of internal AVG problems. I tried on several occasions but to no avail. My purchase does not list on the MyAccount page.
Furthermore, the telephone number you provided (701) 938-9224 to call with any issues has been canceled. That number is listed in the email you provided as an invoice. 
Do you get the picture?
Can't cancel, can't call you, but that did not stop you from charging me.
Please cancel the subscription and refund the money. Because of the above, I do not accept your policy that you will not refund a subscription already billed.
