I am sorry to know that.
I see that your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) got renewed and it expires only on 4th September 2018.
Please perform activation steps to check whether you get the renewed subscription.
Open the AVG Internet Security dashboard and click on "Menu–>About–>Subscriptions"
Click on "Log out account" and then click on "Log in account" to enter the AVG my account username and password.
Wait for 2-3 minutes and check whether your current subscription expiry date is displayed.
I just renewed my protection through the UI and after an hour or so it showed i had no protection activated and said i was on a free basic version instead of avg Internet security Unlimited which i just had renewed. On top of that the expiration date that is shown on my version says it expired 4/28/17 even though it just said i had 17 days to renew my lisence for it right before i renwed it(screeshot for refrence attached). Also on a side note it seems when i run a scan it won't run a scan on all my drives anymore any fix for this? http://prntscr.com/g9yj3a

If the email is not found in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.
From it appears to be everything thats supposed to be in the version is turned on. Its only the exp date doesn't want to update to the correct one no matter how many times i log in and log out. other that its letting me run it like normal.
