In January 2017 pay 56 Euros for AVG internet security and cancel the automatic renewal. this year renew and pay 61 euros. up to here all right but now I see that they charge me another 75 euros for another renewal automatically ??? what is my surprise that I am going to claim it and there is no support in Spanish and there are no emails for claims, I can not make the return they say on their website etc … for me it's a scam and they take advantage of bundling people

este año renove y pague 61 euros . hasta aqui todo correcto pero ahora veo que me cobran otros 75 euros por otra renovacion automaticamente??? cual es mi sorpresa que voy a reclamarlo y no existe soporte en español y no hay correos para reclamaciones, no puedo hacer la devolucion que dicen en su web etc…
para mi es una estafa y se aprovechan de liar a la gente
