I renewed my subscription for 1 year in the avg program.
the renewal shows in my website account though not in the avg program.
I logged out then back in again with avg program, though the date still did not change to new subscription date.
Seems it has activated now - maybe it takes a while for payment to go through and system to recognise.
Problem solved.
