Hi There, I have downloaded and installed the AVG Premium Free version for 30 day trial to see if it would delete the virus. It seems to be a Trojan Horse Bitcoin called Photo.scr
AVG detects it, removes it and puts it in quarantine. I then go into the vault and delete the Trojan permentantly from there. I then restart the computer and go and check the external hard drive the Trojan was on, and sure enough, it's there again. I thought that because the external hard drive is connected to our wireless router, that could be why it's not permanently deleting. So I plugged it into my computer, and then the Photo.scr spread like wildfire. Now it's on my computer and the external hard drives. I have unplugged the external hard drives from my computer and moved them to the wireless router once again. Then I did a whole computer scan on my computer and it seems to have removed the Photo.scr from it for now. I just can't get rid of it from my external hard drives.
